I've seen a lot of complaints about this product but that didn't stop me from buying it as I wasn't planning to Hang it on the shower pipe bracket. Firstly, there seems to be a lot of weight hanging from the pipes coming out of the wall, and also when it's on the back wall, water doesn't flow through it all the time. Installed in this way, practically no water gets into the shaft and everything is easily accessible. I bought a Revain "towel hook" These were the best for it---here is the item: 6 Pcs Stainless Steel Wall Hooks, Robe Hooks, Wall Towel Hooks, Brushed Nickel (1.9 inch, Silver). Yes this is a set of 6 and you only need one but this length is the best and you get 6 for the price of one of the others. You can always find a use for the other 5 like coat hooks or kitchen towels etc. They also come with a plastic piece that fits into the drywall if studs aren't your thing. Now the third picture is the bowl and hook. There were only two of these in a box with a hook. They aren't said to come with them, but will likely put them in a box for customers to try. I'm so glad they were there. If you order hooks and they aren't there I would suggest getting them. The included suction cups don't hold well due to the weight. I took a close-up of this hook to show you how to put it on. This picture is on the left, so you'll need to slide it behind the steel rail so the hook is pointing in and against the rail. Do the same with the right side, making sure the hook part is facing inward. These two hooks are of great importance as they prevent the device from rocking from side to side. My husband and I are very happy with this product and I'm really glad I put mine on the back wall. Definitely recommend this product with extra customization!
