Review on Wheels Manufacturing Universal Adapter Shimano by Darrin Parasson

This is a great option for BB30 and Shimano cranks. Very easy to assemble and buttery smooth to drive. Couldn't be happier. I installed it on my Cannondale Synapse which had an FSA crank which I upgraded to an Ultegra 6800 crank. You don't have to knock out the bearings. The inserts are simply inserted into the bearings by hand and tapped lightly with a plastic hammer. I needed some spacers (which come with the kit) to take up a few millimeters of sag. It couldn't be easier and happier.
