The system has allowed us ease of use when doing file transfer jobs between our customers all over US & Canada. Our customer's need files daily at any time - we have solved that problem by using this service! Customer support can be slow sometimes but as far I know they've been very helpful throughout my 5 years with them so no complaints there yet :) We are still working together now since 2016 because it was such good experience back then which led me taking part during their latest round (they were one from 100 biddings) where i won myself 3 months free trial before finalizing if its worth bidding or not etc..
