We are using this product as part of our eCommerce platform that allows us manage files from many different suppliers/customer sites into one place so they can be viewed by customers before purchase or after delivery has been made (or even when there isn't any service yet). The best thing about it? It's free! There was nothing I disliked at all but everything worked flawlessly with no problems whatsoever once installed - which took less than 20 minutes due do their excellent customer support…

Easy integration with other companies' systems such as Sage or Salesforce- we can use their CRM's which are already installed so much easier than if I had gone out got my own software designed specifically just like theirs! Sometimes it has been slow but that could be due more likely our side rather then them being at fault - sometimes they have issues getting files from us because of how old file transfer technology works (old school FTP).
