Works as expected. You have to press pretty hard to close the lid and feel a distinct suction click. My husband thought it was useless to use and when the bottle tipped over in the car the lid came off immediately and water was everywhere. I took a closer look and realized that it might appear like the cap is fully closed, but then again, if you don't press down hard to seal it on the bottle, then yes, it slips right off. Once we figured that out we haven't had any issues since and the lids work well with no leaking or spilling. I will order again. Again, make sure the gasket is fully seated!
