Doesn't hold well
You must pour slowly or the weight of the food will push the strainer out. At the same time, the pans do not scratch. I think if the spring in the clips were stronger this would be the perfect filter. Cleans like any screen I've ever had. I still prefer to use the tilted lid as a sieve.
