Purchased ihuan slings for my weightlifting husband
I originally bought this sling for my husband because he said he had bad support when lifting and deadlifting. He has used it several times and states that it helps him deadlift. He trains his forearms as usual, but doesn't lose the potential strength of his forearms. He could easily add more weight and it no longer restricted his grip. The straps are made of durable material and fit my wrist. It's long enough to wrap around both his wrist and barbell. I have washed and dried them and they have not shrunk or altered. Be wise and buy these affordable belts, they do exactly the same!
