Looks like a solid and well made subwoofer - sounds great! I bought this to replace a similarly specified blasted stone subwoofer from another manufacturer that only lasted 1 1/2 years. Now there is one of each. Both sound great at low-mid levels, but when I turn up the volume, the Earthquake Sound speaker connector starts to rattle loudly. The audio itself isn't distorted, but panting spoils the audio for me. To fix this I reduced the bass output on my EQ. It doesn't sound as good as it used to, but now it doesn't wheeze. Didn't try to return it because I needed it for a few parties at a time.
