The dashboard is very easy to use with excellent customer support team available 24/7 for any queries or suggestions that we might need help from them regarding our MIS needs! I would like more options within each section so it was difficult locating what i needed when looking through pages etc - but this can be easily fixed by adding some filters into their system which they are now working towards doing!! Highly recommended if your interested in having an effective tool to run your marketing campaigns effectively without spending too much time trying to find out whats going wrong. We were unable to track key performance indicators accurately due to lack of staff knowledge about how best to set up reports correctly; however after implementing market insight these issues has been resolved and KPIs achieved previously could not do anymore than before I like that it allows me to see the big picture with my store, and also gives me the ability to drill down into specific areas if needed. It is a little difficult for me to figure out how to use sometimes, but that's just because I'm not familiar with this software yet. As long as you're willing to learn it can be very helpful. We've been able to see what our competition is doing, and we are able to respond accordingly.
