This is the best DualSense controller grip you will find. It's the perfect amount of thickness, it's definitely thin but in a good way. The worst thing about buying a regular controller grip is how thick it is. The rate was definitely pretty tricky, but if you have good hands I'm sure you could do it yourself. They even have a video showing how to install it. Of course, you'll need a heat gun or a hair dryer to make the sticky grip perfectly follow the curves of the controller. Another great thing about the grip (if you're creative) is that it leaves enough grip scraps that you can end up using on another controller! I recommend using snaps. I'm so confused since I removed the buttons in the button area because it felt like sandpaper. A mess of sticky resin was left on my controller. It's weird to the point that there's a piece of glue stuck between my square button and now I have a square button with a delayed response time because it sticks when I press it. I've tried alcohol and cotton swabs, nothing solves the problem. There's still so much of that stickiness on my controller. I don't even want to imagine what will happen if in the future I remove the main handle myself, it will be terrible!
