Might be user error but I manually tightened the tow strap on my car and then used the wrench but no later than two weeks after using it I noticed it was gone, the only thing left is one Screw so I'm pretty sure it just came loose again. It could have been user error. So if you buy it, secure it in place, but I wasn't happy that it came loose after I retightened it with the wrench. It might be my fault for not being too tight, but other than that it's a really good tow strap design-wise.
