I received this product in the mail for a week to run. I bought some blank cards and tried to use them for my small company. I asked my friend to set up a software system to use with the machine. Worked fine for a week, now only writes to card 50% of the time. I've tried cleaning it with the cleaning card that came with the machine but it still only works 50% of the time.
