Missing parts, unscrewed gasket and clamps that are too tight

First I ordered a set with gaskets, reservoirs and new flange nuts. Received package and 4 flange nuts are missing. Check item # and everything matches. The packaging even lists the nuts that remained in the original packaging. I didn't want to bother with returns because I needed them as they were kept on time. Went to local Ace Hardware and bought 4 new flange nuts. This will be my third set of gaskets of this type. I use a few tricks, mostly a small amount of dish soap to slide right in. After grabbing the first gasket to slide it into the cylinder head, a little push and it literally spreads out in my hand. I've never seen anything like this. Also, the latches were thicker, not a bad option, but the hole was a lot smaller than the regular ones. I had a hell of a time opening them up and putting them on the pipe to hold the flange. Not to mention the fact that I had to take a ruler and stick them into the flange. It was actually so tight that the flange on the exhaust barely turned, so I was able to straighten it. Reinstall the old mounting clips. So bought 2 spacers, 2 retaining clips and 4 packs of flange nuts and got 2 gaskets only one of which was together, 2 retaining clips that were too thick in diameter to not work and zero flange nuts. .And yes, it was the right part for my bike.
