I have been using this bag almost daily for eight months now and am very happy with it. I haven't had any problems with the bag so far - it's robust, well made and still looks great after eight months. It looks pretty much the same as it did when I first got it in the mail, which is pretty impressive. I especially like the cable management straps in the front compartment for their convenience. Everyone I showed the bag to commented on how great this particular feature is. The manual for the bag warns about it showing through on other fabrics when you first use it (and how to prevent it if it becomes a problem), but it never got on my clothes. I only have one small complaint about the bag: the laptop sleeve. The bottom of the bag is well padded, but the top of the bag (the side next to the front compartment) is not lined at all. I don't have any issues with this, but there is something to consider when putting items in the front compartment.
