Love this bag! I've been using it for about a week now and walk 3 dogs 4 times a week. I love that it has different pockets available, I use the mesh front pocket for the slide out water bowl and clicker, the zippered pocket behind the mesh where I stash my phone and the main pocket for used grocery bags. I love the reflective shoulder strap and waist belt. I find it more comfortable to use both so the bag doesn't move while I walk the dogs. Having a poop bag dispenser on the back of the bag is very helpful and makes it easy to get to my poop bags! Only thing I wish the zip pocket was a bit taller, I have an iPhone Plus and I take a little care not to let my phone slip out when I bend over to pick up poop.
