It comes boxed with 2 brush heads, the one looks slightly larger than the other, the unit, a small instruction booklet, brush head caps, & charging cord. Right out of the box, this was charged and ready to use. It has different settings. The first setting is the lowest speed and one I like the best. They have a "whitening” speed which I didn’t find actually whitens so I don’t understand that. This doesn’t have all of the fancy features of the Phillips Sonic care like the charging glass which I really love, but this one also isn’t that pricey. For the price, this one is great. Prices can fluctuate, and often do, but the price this is being sold at factored heavy into the 5 star rating as an affordable sonic toothbrush option.
