Not sure if this is for 6 year olds

My daughter is 6 years old and although they fit snugly around the waist they lose a lot of their legs. It shouldn't be 6-9, it should be 8-9.

Pros

Judging by the reviews, I went for size M, not L. I could have gone for L, but medium was ok because it was very stretchy.
