I bought them to help out on the treadmill in the mornings, I used to be on the treadmills at Crocs (djm) and they were fine to allow my feet to breathe and don't sweat. but they weren't good for support. I tried them on the first day, they felt a little snug at first, but after about an hour they were comfortable. I wore them to the gym the next day and they were easy to walk on. My knees didn't hurt as much and I felt like I could stay in better shape while running. Maybe it was just a placebo effect (new shoes, new me), but I attribute some of that to the shoes and their design alone. I have black/black and they go well with my attire and gym workouts. Excellent purchase!
