Shocked to find earrings that don't work.
So I bought these because I had several pairs from another company and I assumed they would be the same but no. When they arrived I put on a pair and they were back to front. So I took the earrings apart and clicked the hook, thinking this would fix them, but no, now they turn sideways. So I tried twisting it slightly only to break them. I'm going back to another company.
