I like that it is easy to use for both my team as well myself! The customer service has been great too so far when we've had questions or needed help getting set up during our trial period (which was only one week). They do have some limitations in terms of their integration capabilities compared other CRMs out there but they're working hard at fixing this problem now though - just need patience :) We are using simplechurchcrm specifically because its designed from start-to-finish around church/ministry needs which makes sense considering how much time churches spend doing these things every day already ;) It will save you alot if your looking into something similar since all features can be managed online instead off having multiple people managing them separately through emails etc.. Also saves money especially over long periods where employees may leave otherwise would pay additional fees per month each employee leaving :D So many benefits here overall!!
