It was just what I needed to make wearing a long term mask bearable! I can breathe a lot better and it stays in place (for the most part) so my mask doesn't move under the goggles and it stays clear. The material is like hard but flexible silicone so it's soft and comfortable on my face. It's small enough to be invisible under the mask. It has little tabs on either side so you can sew loops into the mask to hold it in place, but I didn't find it necessary.
