The ability for students across multiple states/countries can collaborate online at any time from anywhere! It is much more efficient than emailing back & forth with your colleagues or sending papers via snail mail (which has been going out-of-fashion).

I have not had issues so far using this tool but it does crash sometimes which makes communication difficult during those times. This program allows us to work together as an entire class even though some live thousands miles away by just logging into our accounts through their computers. I like how easy it is for students with disabilities or visual impairments (including low vision) access this tool because they can type as well using different typesetting devices such as screen readers! It's also an easily accessible software platform so there aren't any problems keeping up-to date/current when you're trying out new things at school since all features will automatically update throughout Canada if not globally too!!
