This is a great product. I bought one at Marshall’s a few months back it didn’t work Saw this and thought it was worth a try. I am so happy I did. It rolls so smoothly. The grip fits in my small hands. Since the ball is metal it is cold and feels great It is great for your feet also. I used to use a lacrosse ball but the coldness of this one makes it sooo much better. If you are a runner this is a must have. Just use it ion a carpet it slides on hardwood. The other great place is your neck and should. You can really get in there. Overall it is really great and highly recommend.
