This is a perfect solution for when you have to ice and massage. I bought this to treat a specific injury but everyone in the house has used for one reason or another.

I have arthritis in the base of both thumb joints. This gets right to the problem and offers great relief. Glad to have found them.

It looks just as advertised but the ball doesn't really roll too well inside the holder. The metal ball is sitting directly against the plastic grip and the friction prevents the ball from rolling smoothly. It needs tiny rollers sitting against the ball or some small bearings inside the grip to improve the traction.

Love it! It’s easy to roll yourself and target those knots. I get many compliments on this and even have given it away as gifts.

Surprised my girlfriend with the purchase, because she was interested in this one (versus other previous purchase failures). To both of our surprise, we love this message ball. We have use it multiple times, after chilling it a few times and it works/feels great. I'm now glad I got it for her, so that I can use it also.

I found these to simulate something my PT did when I injured my shoulder (trapezius/rhomboid or something like that). Laying on one of these without the holder really helped my pain. Highly recommended!

I suffer from tennis elbow and this massage roller is just what I needed to help ease the pain. It works great with or without a massage cream. The ball comes out of the handle which makes it so easy to clean. I’ve used it both hot and cold-though I prefer to use cold for my tennis elbow, however the hot ball feels like a hot stone massage. I would highly recommend this massage roller!

This massage ball has definitely helped my neck/shoulder injury. I like to freeze the ball and use it on my neck/shoulder before I go to bed at night. Makes sleeping possible again. It rolls smoothly, isn't too big for my hands, and I like that you can use it either hot or cold.

Was a little smaller than expected but worked wonderfully! Helped my husbands back and anywhere he was soar. Can stay in the holder or pop out to use as well.

I was a little hesitant to buy this roller ball because I thought it was a scam. But I use it everyday on my knees for inflammation and it works! The only problem is that it often pinches my skin, which I don’t like.

Great product! I’ve been having shoulder pain of late and this handy ball does the trick. I’ve used it in both modes, hot and cold. It cools down/heats up quickly, which is great for impatient people like me. The holder the ball comes in allows the ball to rotate with no issues and keeps your hands away from the ball itself. This works great on my soleus. I have a need for a deep tissue massage before and after my workouts or I will have calf and soleus strains or pulls that keep me out of exercising for a week. This does a great job of loosening up trigger points.

I have bone spurs and plantar fasciitis so I got this mainly for pain at night. It stays cold for long period & I like that it rolls around. I can put it on floor in its ring and work my foot without freezing my hands.

Got this for my father, he’s been having back pain which you would expect after years of transmission work. I️ bought this one because it seemed to be the only one that works as a hot roller massage ball as well as a cold roller ball.It’s awesome, simple and effective. Considering he’s been a massage therapist and tried deep tissue, ART, trigger point and myofascial release work but still prefers this says a lot.

It's ok. That's all. Ball doesn't roll very smooth and limited in how hard you can press. I used a friends (different make and model with handle) and it worked much better. ( why I wanted one) I went with the cheaper option. If I had to do over I would go with the more expensive.

It works, but I would like it to have a magnet at the base so It can be stuck to a metal surface, like a fridge or a metal wall, to also store it away, biut it does the job like it is
