They work better than I expected. At first, I thought they'd be too small, but they work great for ice massage on tender tissues: tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, etc. Easy to throw in the ice chest for games days too. No mess.

Stays cold for a LONG time even without being chilled in the fridge. A little cumbersome to handle, but I recommend it! The product may not be suitable for those who have undergone surgery!

I could not remove the steel ball from its base like they say can be done, so I took a star off for that. I do like it for my side neck muscles though.

Whether it is hot or cold the comfort grip rolls easily without the temperature transferring to your hand. Nice size let's you target the specific area you want to work on. You can also pop it out and the stainless feels great on the skin. Talk about ice cold, keep it in the freezer and it's always ready. Highly recommend the massage roller ball!

Great little ball but is super lumpy and hard to roll. But hey it gets cold and that’s what matters here! The roller ball might be too slippery for some people.

Love this compact massager. I travel for work and it doesn’t take up any room at all in my bag. I have chronic neck pain and this has really helped. I love that I can control the amount of pressure depending on my needs. I’m planning on ordering more as gifts for my family.

I really like the ease of using this massager! I haven't used it as a cold massager but really enjoy the warmth/heat that it provides after being submerged in warm water.
