Review on 🌸 The Laundress New York Fabric Conditioner: Allergen-Free, Non-Toxic Liquid Softener for Gentle and Fresh Laundry - 16 Fl Oz by Jason Selby

This review does not relate to the Laundress fabric softener but to the product I received which was not a Laundress fabric conditioner. I bought this product a few months ago and only recently opened the bottle. To my surprise, the product was yellowish instead of white and had a horrible chemical smell mixed with the normally pleasant smell of detergent fabric softener. In the picture on the left you can see a yellowish product that I received from this seller and a bottle of the product (note the white color) that I received directly from the laundress's website. In addition to the differences in color and smell, the consistency of the two products is also very different. The product of this manufacturer is very liquid, while the consistency of the laundry product is much thicker. These products are definitely not the same. Products (unfortunately I bought 2 bottles) from this seller are NOT fabric softeners. From now on I buy directly from the laundress. The only reason for the one star rating is that it wasn't possible to give zero stars.
