I have a semi-professional Nikon D3500 camera and for action photography, photos, videos etc it is more than adequate for my needs. However, very quick, professional-looking selfies require additional lighting setup, camera setup, self-timer setup, and external monitor setup for preview before shooting; It's just overkill, and I wanted something that would be fast, efficient, and give a reasonably acceptable result with no overhead. This product meets my needs and meets my expectations. There is enough lighting and in general the design is quite strong. You'll need a little work to attach the mount that slides over the stand and screws into the mount that holds the camera or iPad just behind the light source, especially when you're using the iPad or it may have a tendency to slide off the mount , when you move the stand abruptly or tilt it backwards to prevent it from coming off and possibly damaging your device. In general, she's pretty strong. It doesn't come with instructions, but it's pretty easy to set up and understand, nothing complicated. The large and full-fledged remote controls for controlling the light intensity and linking the camera in the phone app are really very good. Cost, it's not a pipe dream. Definitely recommend.
