Review on Reinsman Little Flat Leather Hackamore by Micheal Looney

This item has a cable that is pinched between two cable eyes to keep it from coming loose. I bought it specifically for this because if the horse turns its head from time to time, one half or the other will turn and then you have a confused horse and not much control. The cable was too tight and had the double effect of being difficult to put on the horse's head and then pinching under the jaw if it stopped at all. Also, she hated that cable thing rubbing under her chin, and she let me know. I ended up having to cut it off. In hindsight, I could have saved about $30 if I had bought one without a chin strap.
