I received the vinyl in rolls (tiny, not thick as pictured) and it was wrinkled and dented like hell. I started rolling it out, thinking I could apply pressure, but it was just riddled with air bubbles. The vinyl itself was like a cheap Barbie raincoat, and it didn't cut, it stretched. I've tried X-Acto knives, cricket scissors, and even regular school scissors. The only thing that worked was the right cut and it even hung a few times. I had high expectations and am very disappointed. I don't think this is the real Oracal.
