The latch on the lid is virtually unusable

I am very frustrated that the latch on this lid will not stay closed if you just smack it. While it seals well and fits the Nutribullet perfectly, the top flip is so loose I never would have believed it. I was hoping for something to toss in my bag on the go, but I know I'll end up with a smoothie-flavored laptop if I do. This cover cannot be trusted. The cup size is large.
