I am a massage therapist working with an elderly client. As older customers often suffer from arthritis, they appreciate a warm towel on their legs and back to relax and relieve discomfort. The Jerdon heated towel rail works very well in my massage parlor because countertop space is limited and this heater takes up very little space. The wipes heat up in about 10 minutes, keeping spares ready and warm when I need them. When using towels, the heating pad will hold several at a time. This product cools down relatively quickly so it is safe to leave it on after a session. Most towel rails are too big to fit in a small office, but this little gem is perfect. It smells like plastic when heated, but I use essential oils. Care for plastic smell.
