I recently acquired the King Size 5-Inch High Density Poly Foam Platform Mattress with Legs, and it has a lot of great features. The platform design means that no bed frame is needed, which saved me some money and made assembly fairly easy. The high density foam is quite firm, which works well for me as a back sleeper, but may not be ideal for those who prefer a softer surface. However, there were a couple of downsides to this product as well. Firstly, while the mattress is the standard king size, the platform itself is slightly smaller, meaning that there was a small gap on either side. Secondly, while the legs are sturdy, they are also quite short, which makes it difficult to tuck sheets and blankets underneath the mattress. It's definitely worth considering if you're on a budget or if you like a firmer sleeping surface, but if you're looking for a more customizable sleeping experience, you may want to look elsewhere.
