I have been using Gearwrench tools for about 10 years now and find them to be of consistently high quality. . These are even more excellent instruments with well thought out features and A+ build quality and finish. The case, certificate of calibration and accuracy and the Gearwrench warranty program make this set exceptionally valuable. A jackhammer's lever is strong, with a sufficiently large portion of the handle that it is comfortable to apply serious force with it. The swivel end is loose enough to be easily installed and tight enough not to tip over when plugged in. If you've never had the misfortune of using a breaker that doesn't stop the outlet from rotating under gravity, don't underestimate how frustrating it can be. I've spent years using cheap breakers. I only broke one, but I yelled some curses at their risers when the socket flipped upside down on its own. Working on my back with a 24 inch jackhammer makes me sick. A well-made linkage helps to reduce the suction coefficient somewhat. A torque wrench is a pretty serious tool. The markings are clearly stamped, the grip feels precise and high quality, and the locking ring is well designed. no gloves. He looks great too. The locking collar has enough springiness to prevent accidental unlocking, but light enough to easily hold during adjustment. It also has just enough angle to be held with thumb and forefinger while turning the handle without protruding too much. Note: Retaining rings are much better than the thumbscrews used in cheaper torque wrenches (and some expensive ones with difficult ergonomics). Eliminate the temptation to have your torque wrench as the longest available. Keeping the crowbar and torque wrench together is a great idea. Overall I am impressed with the product and very impressed with what you get for the price.
