Review on NetReputation by Jason Unruh

The customer service is amazing in this software system. They are always willing to help you out with any question that comes up during setup or use of their product. I have not had much luck getting my questions answered when using other products but they seem very helpful through email as well if needed for support purposes. We were able solve our problem quickly after being helped by one of there techs who was extremely knowledgeable about how we could get rid of some really old information from several years ago at once time without having it show back all over again later down the road.
