Extremely bad design by Proxxon I believe my device was DOA (Dead on Arrival: Specs). have a stroke of 4 cm) - the head creaks all the way (small stroke of 1 cm.) - then the head gets stuck and does not return to the zero position - the handle rotates freely (360 degrees and this is wrong) - Your big game in the main grip (the one that allows you to press the drill). But even with a fully functional device, I see a couple of big issues: - The 20mm shoulder grip gets in the way when I lower the press (the black shank of the grip hits the object I'm trying to pierce). Another reviewer had the same issue and solved it by securing the handle with a rubber band. Is it Proxon?!? Oh well! - The scale ring is a cheap sticker that Proxxon couldn't even put on properly: it's off-centre. - The same goes for the "arrow" that indicates the number of degrees of the steering angle: it's a cheap sticker that was stuck on off-centre. So forget about accuracy! - The "slider" on the table deviates a good 1/16 inch when screwed on. Forget precision again. This is a failed product from Proxxon. I sent mine back the next day I received it. So DO NOT buy this MB 200 stand! I have their KT 70 compound table, precision CNC machined steel vise and zinc suction mount. I love these 3 products from Proxxon. A bit pricey at regular price but great when sold at Revain. Excellent quality and very high precision. But their MB 200 drill rig is a disaster from these guys. Did Proxxon outsource the design of this drill rig to China to end up with such a failure?!?
