Not the best! We have a second cat and need a different carrier. I decided to save $20 and not buy the same stretcher we already have. I thought what could be wrong with the carrier if it's the right size? I was wrong. It looks very nice and I'm serious. But compared to the old one, I see one thing in particular - this suitcase doesn't have wire mounts on the walls in the entryway (where there are lightning bolts). These areas are soft because the mesh is soft, the zipper is flexible and there is no support to hold this structure to keep the walls separate. The backpack came folded, inside there is a seal with some kind of hard part that holds the bottom and walls tight. But when you pick up the stretcher, the top walls try to recline and it collapses, reducing the space inside. The half-open side holds up better, but the opening side folds all the time. no support.
