The bus arrived well packaged and worked without any problems. I love it and I think it's cute but my little one who just turned 2 was scared of the bus. When activated, the bus moves slightly to the beat of the song and the eyes of the headlights light up. It scared my baby. Lol Wheels on the Bus is one of his favorite songs, but it didn't matter. Every time we got on the bus he would watch us for a few seconds and then run to another room. *sigh* Okay, I'm not going to make him like it, he might eventually, but it's okay if he doesn't like it. I can give it to one of his cousins. While some kids like it, there are those who might not like it.
