Ideal for grilling small dishes and fish.
They are great for grilling small items like veggies and shrimp, as well as light/layered foods like fish. We have used several brands of these grill mats. They are all very similar and good. As expected, these are thick Teflon-coated copper sheets. They are flexible and conduct heat well. I suppose they would be easy to clean up when they come off the grill with the food and go into the sink to soak them ASAP, but my husband always leaves them on the grill until the next time he uses it, so ours get really fucked up and we end up throwing them away.
