The bag is a good idea, but it doesn't quite work.
Advantages: comfortable, elastic material. Looks well tailored and long enough to fit tall men. Comfortable to wear under jeans in cold weather. Cons: The bag is out of place. If you don't pull it up or fold the belt 3 times, the pocket will just be a sad looking flap just dangling from your pants and not really doing its job.
