You may want to order one size up! My boys are 5 and 3 years old and small for their age (50th and 30th percentile respectively). I bought a size 5-6 which fits snug but not too tight. And the 3T, which is honestly too small, but we just tugged at it to make it work. The quality is there. The colors are bright. They are comfortable and kids love them. But definitely get one size bigger.
