It's a glorified fan to be honest, but the technology really works to create cool air. I measured that it is 2 degrees colder in front of the fan. PROS: - It's stylish and you won't mind having it on even the most complex desk or in the kitchen - It works, though maybe not in the way you would hope - It's pretty cheap considering that it works - It's easy to use as my 3 year old could figure it out. CONS: - The fan doesn't run very fast due to battery operation. There are three fan speeds, and you won't feel any of them above 4ft - that's pretty loud, especially considering how weak the fan is.
