Works but a bit small for the backplate. gaps at the edges. Doesn't have a heating element, but I knew that from the start. The supplied adhesive pads are not big enough. Still better than taking it to the mechanic or being fined. UPDATE: 02/22/16. A year later, this mirror fell off my car as I was closing the door and broke it. If you buy this product I recommend using extra glue! Driving down the New Jersey Turnpike without a left mirror is no fun.
