My Green Cheek loves this food! Some of the pieces are a bit too big (orange disks and green oblong balls) so she drops them from time to time. Doesn't really matter because of the price/quantity ratio. She definitely prefers soft food so I just put a layer of water in the bowl and let the food soak up the water before placing the bowl in her cage. I do this with all her food except the seeds. My wife recently tried feeding our bird a different food (she didn't think the bird would mind and the food was on sale) and she refused to eat it so I gave her the Zupreem brand and she did was very happy again. This brand is excellent and good value. I will continue to buy Zupreem brand bird seed. I have had great success with a mixture of vegetables, fruits and nuts. I have yet to try the natural mix. I recommend softening the feed with water even if it is smaller like mixed fruit if you have a small bird. Our Green Cheek definitely agrees. Overall I highly recommend this product.
