Review on ๐Ÿงน Hoover Blade Multi-Surface Stick Vacuum Cleaner by Kelvin Hernandez

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Comes with only one battery which is insufficient

If I were to rate just the vacuum and not the battery I would give this Blade MAX 4 or 5 stars. But my score is due to battery issues. I ordered this vacuum because I already have another ONEPWR that I only use on my carpets because it was designed for that. But I also needed a vacuum for hard floors and hard-to-reach places. Because this Blade MAX can be converted into a handheld vacuum, I can use it to clean any part of the house that my other vacuum can't reach. The vacuum cleaner itself is quite powerful and versatile. My only issues are with the ONEPWR battery system. First off, these batteries have some reliability issues. My other vacuum came with two ONEPWR batteries, but one of them died a few days after I received the vacuum. Luckily, Hoover replaced this battery under warranty. But I read on the internet that other owners have similar problems. Second, these batteries don't last very long before needing to be recharged and take a long time to recharge. With my other vacuum, I can only use it for about 10 minutes before the battery dies. With this Blade MAX vacuum cleaner, the battery lasts 5 to 10 minutes depending on the mode switched on. Given the short battery life, I'm shocked that Hoover only included one battery with this vacuum and the price is still so high. Luckily there are 3 batteries between my two vacuum cleaners, but I would like to have more. If you're looking to buy a new vacuum and don't already have an ONEPWR like I did, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
