I love these socks! I wore them to a visit to Disney World for a few days and had no blisters and very happy feet. On my previous trips to Disneyland I wore cotton socks and ended up with blisters so bad it hurt to walk. After searching the internet for tips on how to avoid blisters, I set out to find the best moisture-wicking socks. I have expensive sports socks (several different brands) and bought these. I like this one a lot more than any other. After trying them, I bought extra packs for other family members and a few more packs for myself. I wear them every time I work out and I always have happy feet. As for sizing - I wear size 8 women's shoes. I bought a medium size but they were a bit large. Next time I bought a size smaller and they are very small, very small. I can wear both sizes with ease, but wearing the small size all day they cut into my ankle a bit. If you wear size 8 shoes, I would suggest going for a medium size. Slightly smaller and be sure to choose a small size.
