I installed a camera on the back of a 40ft fifth wheel marker light and a monitor in the cab of the truck. The system worked immediately after switching on. Good reception when driving at 65 km/h for 5 months when caught in a heavy downpour. From time to time the image on the monitor freezes and reappears after a few seconds. Then the picture from the camera began to be interrupted, and then the signal completely disappeared. Coming home from a trip I removed the camera and applied 12v to the side of the monitor - still no picture. Tried to pair the monitor with the camera - nothing. The marker light that the camera was connected to was still working, so I suspect rain got into the camera and shorted it out, or the camera just failed.
