Good pillow, but sent second-hand goods!
Package arrived with the zipper open, nasty black dirt on the pillows and I sniff the pillow to clear my doubts and you know what? I can smell the detergent that my parents used to wash and send back to the company! Shame as a brand! If you guys send me replacements for those used pillows, I'll be noticed! I don't think it makes sense to ship used baby products since you're supposed to be taking care of baby skin. Children's skin is prone to allergies and who knows who has used these pillows before and for how long!
