I needed new wheels for my van so I decided to save a few bucks and take them to the tire shop along with my new wheels to buy new tires. Well they put them on my new wheels and bought me new tires. After they put them on my van, the tire light has been on ever since. I went back to them twice to "flash" them with the machine and the light is still on. The tire dealer said they must be incompatible or possibly defective. But the best part is that I have to pay to have new tires removed to get new valve stems or have them removed. Then you pay more to put new tires on again. What an awful experience! I should have just bought them from a tire shop, not this company.* I drive a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. They write what should work, but they don't! If you don't have all the tire fitting equipment and can't handle it yourself, don't make the same mistake I did! Now my tire will always burn because I can't pay to remove the tires I just put on to change the valve stems. Very frustrated. What a waste!
