I bought the size SMALL. My daughter is 4.5 years old and goes to kindergarten. Their teacher said they brought home a 1-inch folder every day. As you can see from the photos, it fits perfectly (I didn't try to put it in until I wrote her name... oops 😬), it fits. It just needs to be pushed all the way in and all the way back for it to attach properly. Hopefully this serves its purpose. I used a Cricut heat press to stamp her name on it and as you can see in one of the photos the backpack's interior pattern fell apart when exposed to heat. Something makes me wonder if the paint will peel off when it gets wet (water bottle spilled or something). In the last photo you can see it sitting on my daughter. All in all super cute! The colors are bold and the print is adorable! My daughter was thrilled when she saw this.
