I ordered medium because the size seemed limiting to me. Turns out the actual size on the tag is M/L and my bum is definitely small. We're back for Little. It can be adjusted with very long side straps so you have plenty of wiggle room, but I pulled the sides as little as possible. The front coverage is good and the back isn't obscene (although I won't be wearing it in front of my family). The fabric quality is great and I would trust it more than loafing around but wouldn't try to find a wakeboard in it lol. Size hips 35/seat 36.
